Our team strives to make the process of booking and event-planning as smooth as possible, with this in mind, we have created a through guide to all our FAQs for your reference.

  • To make things easier for you, we have two different catering forms on our website. Our Catering Inquiry form is based off of our menu on the website. Our second form, Custom Inquiry, is for events with designed and custom menus by Chef Manny.

  • n order to book with us, we ask you to fill our catering form with a minimum of 5 days before the event day.

  • Yes! We will happily accomodate for food-allergies. You can request/specify any changes in the special request box in our catering form.

  • All of our catering events have a 50% deposit fee to secure booking. We do not offer refunds of any kind with cancellations less than 72 hours notice prior to the event date.

    If for any reason you need to cancel a catering with us, you have a 72 hour window prior to the event to cancel without losing your deposit. You can reschedule the event 72 hours prior to the start of booking without any additional fees. If you reschedule with less than 72 hours prior to the start of booking there is a $25 fee per guest of booking.
